Grieshop & Forbes, LLC brings over 50 years of combined experience in the Global Finance, Treasury and Tax functions.
Our areas of focus include tax compliance and planning and tax accounting, mergers and acquisitions, debt relationship management (including covenant compliance), cash and liquidity management (including cash forecasting), banking partner/treasury management system selection and implementation, establishment/improvement of the tax and treasury functions, and identifying and executing cost savings.

DAVID FORBES
David, a CPA, is a seasoned tax and treasury executive with combined CPA firm and industry experience. He spent almost 10 years with Arthur Andersen and left as a Senior Tax Manager to join his largest client to create an in-house tax function. Dave's responsibilities soon included treasury as well as tax. Dave has overseen the tax and treasury functions for two growth oriented multi-national companies (one publicly held), each with revenues exceeding $1B.

Dave has significant experience in tax planning and compliance, tax accounting, tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Dave also has significant experience in debt relationship management and negotiations, cash/liquidity management (including distressed situations), cash forecasting, financial risk management (including hedging interest rate and FX exposures, and strategic planning. Dave has also helped navigate a company through bankruptcy and emergence therefrom.
